Gavin do you have any info on fermenting Comfrey.. roots or leaves, I use the root powder with phenomenal results (I know about all the scaremongering & have read the studies & realized I'd have to consume 10kg per day of one component to replicate their study) I started growing it last year.. but can't find any info on fermenting it.. except for gardening.. thanks!
As I sort through my box of seeds, thinking about this year's weather and water patterns, I cannot think of anything more timely and better said than cultivating kindness and becoming as self-sufficient as possible (both individually and within our circle of friends and family). We should all be cherishing the interconnectedness of life.
‘the sacred imperative of re-growing the seeds we save so that they retain their lifeforce, their stories and vigor.’ I never heard that before but love it! Makes so much sense.
Love saving and getting new seeds. I get some for my garden as an annual ritual on the end of January. I am thinking of doing wildflowers in one garden section this season.
Save Seeds and share Seeds! We need to do more and more in our own gardens because the seed bank of the United States is very narrow, Seeds coming from one place or two put in commercial packages and sending them thousand miles or more

Hi Louise,
I have not experimented with fermenting comfrey for human consumption but if I come across any info on my travels I’ll let you know.
Sorry I could not be more help

Thank you for illustrating the vision in my head of a positive and prosperous tomorrow 💯❤️
