As a gardener in my spare time, this is interesting as I’m sewing my organic veg seeds for the coming summer season, I will consider the books and place my vote.

I love the almost Tardis (Dr Who) like quality of seeds, a compressed piece of magic that can become an entire plant, a harvest of fruit or flowers or even eventually a forest.

Is this book going to have words like synergistically in it?

I had to look that up.

:)

If you liked that word, just wait until the months where the topics for books are photoheterotrophic organisms, xenolinguistics or symbiogenesis !

(only joking, ...well, probably joking) ;)

I remember the mustard seed necklaces & keychains from the 1970s.

Interesting, thanks for sharing that :) Did that have anything to do with the old parable that says something about how "The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed" ?

Mustard is closely related to kale, and I often find myself marveling at the beauty and abundance that can be accessed via small handful of Brassica seeds (especially when shared with others) so while I am not sure what the bible quote was getting at regarding mustard seed, I can say that I have been able to directly perceive the genius of the Creator and Mother Earth as manifested within such seeds. They offer sign posts and pathways of learning that could lead us to create what one might describe as heaven on Earth. Each handful of seeds offering the irrepressible regenerative capacity (soil building, erosion prevention, pollinator feeding), resplendent abundance in nourishment and sacred geometry.

I explore the untapped abundance contained within a handful of Brassica seeds further in this post:

So many great books in your library. I'm too busy writing to have much time for reading these days but, hopefully, I'll get back into it some day soon. Wondering if you know the book, 'Not In Him Image' by John Lamb Lash. It's about the Nag Hammadi texts on the Gnostic teaching. The story can be a life-changer. If one is a devout Christian, it might spark up some cognitive dissonance.

Thanks! Ahh I can relate, but I find that taking some time to switch the flow from output to input during my writing process can re-invigorate the creative process with new found insights (cross pollinating ideas and perspectives, if you will).

I am not familiar with that book, but if I do a book club month on unconventional/obscure religious belief systems I will add it into the list to be voted on for that month.

I personally do not subscribe to any dogmatic religious belief systems though I do seek to gain spiritual understanding through meditation and seeing nature (and all her elegant sacred geometry) as my teacher.

I share more on my own personal path to unfold my spiritual awareness in this post:
