This post shares some of my thoughts on Christmas, exploring all we have to be grateful for, a prayer from my heart and an invitation to take action in participating in shaping our shared future.
Gavin, this is so perfectly said/written. Truly. I have retreated more and more each year from this day that has taken on such monstrous commercial proportions. Not to mention that I no longer participate in organized religion (I was raised Catholic.) So much of history is questionable these days and the truth of who Jesus was, if indeed he even existed, is up for debate. If he did exist, I love your description of him and his actions surely speak to us during these times of unrest. To be good, caring humans (of both other humans as well as the other inhabitants on this planet), to be brave for the sake of Truth and what is right, and to Love. XO
