Poll Of The Month: If you had to choose between carefree opulence in a skyscraper or stewarding 2 acres of off grid undeveloped land what would you choose?

If you could only choose between these two options which would you choose?

1. You get a life of carefree opulence in a city skyscraper (that means you would not own any land, but you would want for nothing as far as material comforts, you have a credit card with no limit, you never have to work in a way that makes you sweaty or dirty (touching the soil) again and you would have autonomy to enjoy all the modern citylife amenities, including small parks with trees but you can never leave the city).

2. You get gifted 2 acres of off grid undeveloped land (which you would “legally” “own”) along with 200,000.00$ USD that you can steward in what ever way you want to. If you are someone that would prefer to live in close connection with the land but do not feel you are physically able to do the manual work required for off grid living due to physical limitations, this option also includes the option to invite someone (or multiple people) to board with you for free in exchange for working/tending the land. This option can include connecting with others to create reciprocal inter-property community collaborative dynamics if you so wish, or not. The land would be capable of building and cultivating trees and/or crops or raising animals on.
