Poll Of The Month : Are We Being Engaged By Advanced Interstellar Civilizations?

This month’s poll will be a triple whammy as I feel this is a subject that deserves a more in depth introspective exploration on each of our parts.

First question:

Is the Earth and Humanity being engaged by advanced interstellar civilizations?

Just to be clear, by “interstellar civilizations” I mean sentient beings that originated from a different solar system than our own which have developed the capability to travel between star systems. By “being engaged” I mean that the above described interstellar cultures are visiting the Earth and/or interacting with humans to some degree.

Question 3:

On a scale of zero to four (zero being least and 4 being the most) how important is it that we (as humans) seek to actively engage in amicable diplomatic relations with these interstellar cultures at this point in time?

0 = It is unimportant, not worth any of our time and attention.

1 = It is an important course of action, however it is the least important thing which should be on our current list of priorities as a species/civilization at this point in time.

2 = It is as important as some things but not as important as most things which should be on our priority list as a species and civilization at this point in time.

3 = It is one of the more important things (but not the most important thing) we should be focusing on as a species and civilization and this point in time.

4 = It is the single most important thing we should be focusing on as a species and civilization at this point in time.

Thank you to those of you who have taken the time to engage, vote and share your thoughts on this subject matter (I know it can be an uncomfortable topic to discuss for some).

Considering the gravity of the testimony given at the congressional hearings last summer I thought that this topic would be worthy of inquiry and discussion.

The image above was captured by what is known as the Hessdalen Interactive Observatory, scientists at the University of Ostfold, Hessdalen, Norway have captured and documented many strange anomalies that seem to plague the area. Radar and cameras have tracked and filmed numerous unexplainable phenomenon, the fastest one recorded was documented in the image above which recorded a solid object moving under intelligent control at 30,000 km per hour. (Faster than any known man made air-craft today.) The image is a Time-lapse Photograph of the Phenomenon where a solid object was tracked on radar and infrared recording devices.
