Gratitude and a reminder for Subscribers as well as Regenerative Garden starting/expanding resources
this post shares the perks for paid subscribers, celebrates reaching 2800 hundred subscribers in 99 countries and offers some gardening resources
My Newsletter is now read across 10 provinces and three territories in Canada, 50 US states and 98 countries worldwide!! No scratch that, it went up to 99 countries while I was writing the first sentence!
There are over 5500 people following this blog worldwide (up from only 300 two years ago) and we have now reached 2800 subscribers! It is official, we are now an unstoppable global movement of regenerative satyagrahi my friends! :)
We have gone from about 280 to 2800 in two years, that is ten X! I have heard back from people in over 25 countries that subscribed and I sent them heirloom seeds and they are beginning to get big harvests and scale up on a community scale to embrace food sovereignty. That is in large part thanks to all of you that have helped get this info out there by sharing my posts.
I have published 233 posts in that time frame which are packed with info, perspectives and techniques that invite the reader to join me on a path to boycott corrupt systems, build community resilience and heal our relationship with the living planet that sustains us. You can go back and explore those 200 plus posts jam packed with intel on medicinal plants, fungi and unfiltered truth in the archive.
Thank you so much for joining me on this journey everyone! I am humbled and grateful for all the support, encouraging comments and intriguing conversations.
Regenerative knowledge is universally ancestral culture compatible, bioregionally adaptable, community healing, hopeful and inclusive (and in a legit way, not a woke propaganda way).
Learning about how to connect with and learn from the living Earth, grow one's own food, medicine and give back to the earth (as our ancestors did) transcends and dissolves the arbitrary (and artificially propped up) "us" vs "them" political propaganda teams that oligarchs and their government puppets want us to join.
Communities of people coming together across such vast cultural and geographic divides to learn about nourishing a reciprocal relationship with the land, boycotting degenerative corporations and governments, and creating abundance locally to lift up the whole community illuminates how petty, unnecessary and artificial statism (and all the political bickering, about how "my ruler is better than your ruler!) is).
It offers us a glimpse of a different pathway where people from all over honor place based regenerative wisdom and cultural diversity without swearing fealty to corrupt centralized systems. They swear allegiance to the living Earth and the 7th generation before flags, presidents, prime ministers or popes.
Those who have chosen to become a paid subscriber have helped me to gather materials for ecological regeneration, refugia and community food forest endeavors while also helping me to preserve rare heirloom seed varieties and share them with people all over the world, preserving genetic diversity, cultural heritage and increasing the resilience of communities as we head towards what appear to be uncertain times. Your generous gifts mean a lot to me and you have my heartfelt thanks.
I wanted to remind all of you that while I do not do paywalls to keep non-paying subscribers out, I do offer something extra to all paid subscribers to this newsletter in the form of these bonus perks.
I do not know many other educational and empowering content creators and authors (aside from guys like James Corbett, James Evan Pilato/Cassie over at Media Monarchy,
(of Kensho Homestead), Dana Driscoll and Charles Eisenstein) that gift all (or most of) their substantive content to the world for free.I can tell you, the pressure to use modern society normalized coercion tactics (based on “godda look out for number 1 thinking”) like paywalls is significant, and it is a big leap of faith to just gift all of one’s hard work and trust that good people will make the choice of their own free will to support your work if they find value in it. That said, I am so grateful that I chose this path and so grateful to know that many of you support good peoples like JC and JEP because you value their hard work.
If you value what I bring to the table here on this newsletter, please consider becoming a paid subscriber to help me to be able to keep doing what I do. If you want to but cannot afford it right now (and trust me, I get that) you could keep the gift in motion through helping me get the word out about this newsletter to your friends and family and also helping me get my book into the hands of people that will put it`s contents to good use.
This is also a reminder to all my generous paid subscribers that if you have not already asked for seeds, your donation (paid sub) to this newsletter comes with the bonus gift of heirloom seeds from my collection.
I have about a dozen sets left of the following seeds available right now for any paid subscribers that are interested:
I published articles on Kale, Amaranth, Anise Hyssop and Anthocyanin Rich Crops like Scarlett Runner Beans, Blush Snap Peas and Hopi Blue Corn on this blog for those that want to learn more about them
I also still have a few Pawpaw seeds left.
If you are a paid subscriber and you would like some of these seeds email me via recipesforreciprocity@proton.me and i`ll ship em’ your way next chance I get.
It is my way to say thank you for your support and my way to help the gift stay in motion (and hopefully be able to give to future generations as well).

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a pro…
And now I want to gift you all some pages from my book (Recipes For Reciprocity : The Regenerative Way From Seed To Table) which pertain to both tips for getting your first garden started as well as aligning with the cycles of nature and using free materials to create rich soil that can grow you some amazing quality food and medicine (aka composting).
Also, for those of you that have no space to garden in the soil at all, as noted above you can still do an amazing container garden. Also, you can grow gourmet and medicinal mushrooms inside using free materials. For more info read:
Forging Alliances With The Fungal Queendom
The "Fungal Queendom" (as author, educator and mycological pioneer Peter McCoy calls it) is a truly ancient community of organisms which often forms symbiotic relationships with other organisms capable of contributing to a mutually beneficial relationship. It is no wonder that when ingested, many of these fun…
And for those of you that are like “Whoooaaa slow down there mister, isn’t gardening hard? And doesn’t that mean I would have to actually touch the soil and get dirty? I reserve my time for more refined and civilized things and leave all that dirty work to the peasants” here are
